      Hello Sir,

Configure OpenNebula for ESXI support[index 5] part we made edit at ~/etc/oned.conf and then

      i enter the following command:

      mkdir -p $ONE_LOCATION/var/remotes/im/vmware.d && cp -r im/remotes/*
      $ONE_LOCATION/var/remotes/im/vmware.d

it through the error: cp: cannot stat `im/remotes/*’: No such file or directory

how to solve the problem sir…

      With Regards,

        Bala,
Let me connect to your instance remotely and make some checks. Send the Team-viewer credentials to my mail id

          Hello,

I have the same error. How is the resolution?

          Hi,
Just ignore the error. It will not do any harm.
I am rewriting the guide to accommodate the new features available with Rel 3.4 stable version released on Apr 11th.
This guide will work fine with opennebula-3.2.1.
          Regards,
          Anil.

      Hello,
I have ubuntu 11.10, with your vmware esxi5/opennebula 3.4 guide. The problem is that the clone commands and transfer images fail because the datastore does not create the subdirectory for some reason. I can’t seem to find where this is configured.

I have oned.conf /srv/cloud/one/var/datastores configured. the hierarchy is datastores/0/disk.0 and not datastores/0//disk.0 so the clone and cd commands cp commands fail. Any chance to change this through config?

here is the vm.log at http://pastebin.com/A2V5ykKv

      greetings,

        1. Which Transfer driver is being used?
        2. During prolog/ Transfer , the datastore-sub folder is created in VMWARE server. So please check related steps in my guide. I have used a (datastore folder + /etc/fstab combination) with ESX4.1 and datastore folder + symlink combination for ESXi 5.0.
